Licensed Facilitator
Josh Foxen is a licensed psilocybin facilitator, men’s group facilitator, sound healing practitioner and breathwork facilitator. He offers a grounded, heart-open space where people can show up as they are and do their inner work without shame or the fear of not being enough.
Josh brings more than eight years of experience with psychedelics to his work. He has traveled through Mexico and Central and South America to sit with plant medicines and learn from medicine carriers, and he holds a deep reverence for this work.
His approach draws on breathwork, sound healing, parts work, Reiki and attachment work. Rather than staying in the analytical mind, Josh helps clients settle into the body, look past the stories they carry, and reach the heart of what’s causing their pain. He supports them in breaking free from old patterns, healing past wounds and building trust in themselves. Integrity, Authenticity and Compassion are the guiding values of his work.
At Meadow, Josh also leads the Men’s Group, where he helps men reconnect with a healthy sense of their masculinity so they can thrive in their relationships, friendships and the wider world.
Outside of his work, Josh loves to travel, practice yoga, play music and explore nature.
