The Meadow Method

Experience clinical evidence-based journeys designed to restore your whole self.
Our services combine the safety of clinical expertise with the wisdom of earth-based psychedelic medicine, guiding you through preparation, ceremonial journeys, integration, and ongoing mentorship for lasting transformation. We specialize in individual and couples macrodose journey experiences. All programs are designed and overseen by Meadow Co-Founder Dr. Tracy Kim Townsend, M.D.

  • A therapeutic journey begins with solid ground. In this phase, we review your health history, clarify your intentions, and design a personalized plan so you feel safe, informed, and ready for the experience ahead.

  • In a supportive, legal setting, you’ll work with a licensed medical doctor and psilocybin facilitator. This session is held with reverence and care, allowing you to access expanded states of consciousness where deep healing and insights can emerge.

  • The real transformation happens when insights become part of daily life. Our integration sessions provide structured support through conversation, reflection, and practical tools to help you embody what you discovered during your journey.

  • Healing doesn’t end with one session. Ongoing mentorship helps you strengthen new patterns in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. This phase ensures that your breakthroughs lead to lasting change.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Most of our clients travel in from out of state.

All psilocybin sessions must legally take place in Oregon, but everything else (health intake, preparation, and integration, etc) is done virtually. You’ll fly to Portland for your guided journey, and we help you plan timing, lodging, and logistics.

  • Our pricing depends on the package you choose. Because each client’s needs and level of care vary (preparation, session type, integration support, etc.), we provide a custom quote during your Consultation Call. We share a detailed cost breakdown and payment plan, so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises.

  • No, since psilocybin services are not yet covered under standard health insurance, all our offerings are paid privately. We believe in transparent pricing and give you a detailed cost and payment plan upfront so you know exactly what to expect.
